In the early 1900’s, lung cancer was extremely rare .The number one cancer killer in the United States of men and women of all qualities is lung cancer. Cigarettes were introduced after World War I. During the war, soldiers were given free cigarettes and they were started using without knowing the danger behind cigarettes. Small lung cancer is the type of cancer which is primarily due to smokking.Air pollution, industrial substances, radiation exposure, and tuberculosis, asbestos are the symptoms of lung cancer.CT, PET scan, MRI, spiral CT scan are the treatment for lung cancer. . After a person is diagnosed with lung cancer the person may be prescribed treatment based on various factors. Government should introduce new schemes to make the people aware about lung cancer.
